The Moss Rose tableware was produced by Wedgwood between 1945 and 1992. In this period of almost half a century, it was one of the most sold noble tableware in the Netherlands. Moss Rose contains references to nature and the design. Nowadays it is also one of the iconic vintage services. The appearance of Wedgwood Moss Rose is neoclassical and the service is mainly made of high-quality ceramics.  Moss Rose is based on the world famous Edme tableware, whose history dates back to 1908. It was designed by John Goodwin, who was then art director at Wedgwood. Edme is best known for its characteristic vertical rib structure, lightly decorated edges, various ornaments and a beautiful white glaze.
