You're bidding on a great piece of advertising memorabilia using the name and image of President Abraham Lincoln. I found a possible reference to the company being in the Pittsburg, PA area. The celluloid oval shaped advert hook is 8 long and the actual oval advert area is about 3 long. The celluloid and a few ling cracks (see photos). The piece shows an engraving of Lincoln and says, APPRECIATION OF LINCOLN LAUNDRY CO - PHONE HILL-27 - THE LAUNDRY OF THE HILLTOPS . The 2-digit phone numbers date back to around the 1920s or so.
